As a child, I was fascinated by movies and storytelling. There was something about a story unfolding that held my attention—the people, their circumstances, and what would happen next.
Looking back, that fascination seems a fitting place to begin My Story. Long before I thought of recording my own experiences, I enjoyed entering the worlds that stories opened up.
Today, I am looking back at my own life and trying to put parts of it into words. The fascination continues, though this time I know how the incidents unfolded. What I am still discovering is what to make of them.
